1 | Ametu Massage
A type of deep tissue massage using techniques from traditional japanese remedies, more specifically Shiatsu, Amatsu and Yumeiho. combined with accupressure and reflex therapy. This special blend of therapies offers the best long lasting relaxation of skeletal muscles, important for posture and main mobility functions.

2 | Pregnancy Massage ?
We know that pregnancy comes with a lot of restrictions, that’s why here at Ametu we adapted our massage to be pregnancy friendly. With the help of our massage chair we can offer the full experience of a massage without the risks that come when laying on a bench. No more teasing by laying on a side, now is the chance for mama to get her treat.

3 | Reflexology
Reflexology is a therapeutic massage focused on specific points of the feet that correspond to different organs and systems of the body. By applying gentle but firm pressure, this treatment stimulates natural healing, improves circulation, and releases tension.
It’s especially helpful for stress, fatigue, headaches, digestive issues, and overall balance. Most clients describe it as both deeply relaxing and surprisingly energizing.

4 | Tai Chi Meditation
No idea, a form of meditation to eliminate stress and regain control over inner self. Assisted meditation yoga nidra or tai chi or other forms of meditation that usually need assistance.

Best for: stress buildup, anxiety
5 | HIIT Body Workout
If the space allows i can create (or bring back) a routine of high intensity workout, basically bringing back my original idea for ametu.
